Members of Compass Chambers have considerable experience and expertise in appearances before disciplinary tribunals relating to a wide variety of professions.
Our advocates have acted for and against doctors, dentists, nurses, solicitors, advocates, accountants, actuaries and teachers before their respective regulatory bodies. Members also act as assessors, providing general legal advice to disciplinary panels in relation to procedure. We regularly appear before the courts in relation to appeals.
In this area as with others, we offer the facility of direct access via the Faculty of Advocates' Direct Access Rules. We aim to provide an efficient and cost effective referral and advisory service.
