Craig has busy personal injury practices in both Scotland and England. He regularly conducts proofs/ trials in the English Courts, Court of Session and ASPIC.
He has also appeared in the Supreme Court. He specialises in defending high-value and complex road traffic accident and employer liability claims. He also has particular expertise in defending fraudulent claims.
In June 2016, Craig successfully defended a civil jury trial in which a pedestrian claimant was struck by a car. Contributory negligence was found at 85%, one of the highest findings in recent years.
Craig has been instructed in a number of complex product liability cases, including those arising from the pharmaceuticals Vioxx and Celebrex, the PIP silicone implants and surgical mesh products.
Craig is regularly instructed in medical negligence actions and commercial disputes.
